Our culture is driven by junk food, sweets, and candy at every holiday, event happy or sad occasion.

It’s why we have to be careful at Halloween.

This time of year’s always fun.

But, when you say Halloween, you say candy too and candies are not healthy food.

Here are some tips to give out some candy and some cool stuff to take a step toward health instead of fat food in your neighborhood.

First of all, you have to eliminate all sodas, fruit juices, chips and candy from your family’s diet for two weeks before or after Halloween.

Our choices determine the body we live in so it’s not mostly genetic and this is why it’s important to eat healthy before or after eating something unwise.

Second, give out candy that is only made from real food.

Stuff like licorice, candy corn, and most hard candy aren’t healthy food.

They aren’t reasonable amount of sugar.

Third, you can go to the dollar store and buy some balls, cars or other and fun toys.

You will be amazed about the number of kids that pick some of the toys.

Finally, store the candy in a difficult place to reach them in your kitchen.

If you store it at shoulder height or in a visible bowl, it's going to be eating faster than it should be. In conclusion, Halloween's funniest when it’s possible to eat healthy food with your family.

Just follow these steps and you are going to have the best Halloween party that you never had.
